The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this commission-based role, you will be the face of MOHADA, responsible for introducing our brand to retail stores, building relationships, and driving sales through partnerships.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and approach potential retail partners (boutiques, gift shops, wellness centers, etc.).

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail clients.

• Develop and execute creative strategies to showcase MOHADA’s unique value to retail buyers.

• Serve as the point of contact for retail partnerships, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new stockists.

• Provide feedback from retailers to help refine our product offerings and sales approach.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior sales experience, especially in retail or e-commerce, is a plus.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• A passion for wellness, empowerment, and creative branding.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.

• An existing network of retail contacts is a bonus!

• Berlin-based is ideal, but we’re open to remote candidates who understand our vision.

 

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role with earning potential tied directly to your sales success. You will earn a percentage of each sale made to new retail partners.
